  1. Booking
  2. To book an apartment, you may do it in different ways :

    1. Filling the form at the Web Page
    2. By e-mail to our address reservas@home-h.com
    3. Calling to the telephone number : +34696982192

     

    When booking, according to availability, you will be charged 30% of the price of the accommodation.

    Payment can be done through Bank transfer or credit card charge. When the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with all your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at your arrival.

    The apartment will be ready before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare it, and leave fresh towels and sheets. Our quality department will check the state of the apartment and supervise everything is correct.

  3. Cancellation policy
    1. Cancellation by the customer
    2. If you cancel a prepaid reservation, Home & Heritage will refund you an amount of the reservation fee, depending on the moment in which the cancellation is carried out:

      • Up to 15 days befote arrival date : Refund 50% of the reservation fee
      • From days 15 to 7th before arrival date : Refund 25% of the reservation fee
      • Less than 7 days before arrival date: No refund. In this case, cancellation by the client implies the loss of the entire reservation fee that will remain property of Home & Heritage.

      In any case of the previously mentioned cancellations by the customer situation, the client will not have the right to any reimbursement. The same way, if the customer voluntarily interrupts the holidays and leaves before the established departure date.

    3. Cancellation by Home and Heritage
    4. If for reasons out of our control, Home & Heritage could not provide you accommodation in the booked apartment, a similar apartment will be provided. In this case no extra payment will be done by Home & Heritage to the client.

       

  4. Deposit
  5. By signing the contract, and prior to the delivery of the apartment, as a cautionary deposit against any eventual damage that the client may cause, and also for those expenses not foreseen in the contract, the client authorises Home & Heritage Turismo S.L. to debit 30% of the total amoun from their credit card, or pay cash ,
    If any damage is caused, the amount relative to that damage will be debited from the credit card up to the amount of the deposit, without excluding the obligation of the client to repay any other amounts regarding damage following a simple request by Home & Heritage.

  6. Check-in
  7. Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time. They will explain how all the equipment works, give you the keys, and will provide you with all the necessary information you may ask for. You will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract, also signed by Home & Heritage.

    You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay (in cash).

    The arrival time is flexible until 22:00 on the arrival date and must be left before 12:00p.m. unless agreed otherwise at the arrival.

    In order to make the arrival easier the guest is asked to supply details of their transport (by fax or email), train details or planned arrival time in their car.            

  8. Stay and check-out
  9. Should any doubt or query arise during your stay, Home and Heritage staff will be glad to help you. On the day of departure our staff will check the state of the flat and, providing everything is in order, refund the security deposit.

    Number of occupants:

     The use of the apartment by a greater number of occupants than the stated in each apartment description, is strictly forbidden, unless an express authorization is given by Home and Heritage. In the case of infringement of this condition Home and Heritage reserves the right to demand the immediate vacancy of the apartment, cancelling the leasing contract without any compensation or reimbursement for this measure being carried out.

    We inform you, that for different reasons, pets are not allowed under any conditions.

    Home & Heritage kindly request clients to leave at this time. The Leasing Agreement is finish at the departing day and time. Home and Heritage informs that the contract is automatically cancelled, without any need of previous notification.

    Our personnel will be at the apartment at the departure date and time .The client must give the keys back to our personnel, before the end of the contract.

    Checking of the inventory of equipment and furniture will be done, in order to verify everything is in place and good conditions.
    No additional personal effects, furniture or any item belonging to the client should be left at the apartment, at the time of leaving it.

     

  10. Payment Conditions
  11. Each apartment has a different rate, depending on its size, location and facilities, different season of the year and number of occupants. Special rates or punctual offers could be eventually achieved, according to a longer staying, and season.
    These prices include the accommodation as well as any water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels used during the stay.

    If use of water, gas and electricity is over a reasonable and responsible amount, an additional cost will be charged.

    You can pay through  Bank transfer, or Cash. A credit card number must be provided for deposit amount.
    Please, do not forget to bring the balance of our bill in CASH at the time of your check-in.

  12. Cleaning
  13. Home & Heritage will deliver the apartment clean, well-equipped with linen and everything you may need for a brief stay.

    If you require it so, during your stay, we can provide you with an additional cleaning service at a cost of 15 €/hour. This service must be scheduled in advance.

     On the day of departure, the client is required to leave the apartment in a reasonable state.

  14. Rules for Clients
  15. All the rules of the building must be obeyed.
     From 23:00 until 08:00 the guests in the apartment must not make any noise that could disturb other residents.
    In the event that the client should not respect the rules of the building or those established by Home & Heritage, the latter reserves the right of expelling him or them from the apartment without any reimbursement.

    In the event that the keys are lost, broken or damaged or that a locksmith is needed to open the door, Home & Heritage will be authorised to debit the amount due to the repair or replacement of the lock or any other significant damage caused by such actions.

    If there were any problems during the stay, the client is asked to communicate them to the management of Home& Heritage as soon as possible, in order to provide a speedy solution to the problem: any eventual claims  made after departure will not lead to reimbursement by Home & Heritage, whatever the cause or reason.

  16. Responsibilities
  17. Neither Home & Heritage nor the owner of the apartment, in case this is different one, will be held responsible for any damage or injury, direct or indirect, caused by the use of the apartment and the communal areas of the building, including, and with no limits damage caused by fire, theft or any other criminal conduct.

    In case of infringement of any of the points mentioned by the client, Home & Heritage Turismo S.L. reserves the right to cancel the leasing contract and ask for the apartment  to be vacated immediately without this leading to any right of the client to set a claim or receive compensation of any type.

  18. Law and Jurisdiction
  19. The contract signed between the client and Homes and Heritage is regulated by Spanish law and exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

  20. Arbitration clause
  21. Any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the validity, efficiency interpretation or execution of this contract and subsequent agreements, and in any case linked to it, will be decided by administrative arbitration in the courts of Toledo, of which the parties declare to know  and accept the rules.
