Yes, prices include 7% VAT
Which are the hours of check-in and check-out of the apartment?
The apartment is delivered between 15:00 and 20:00 on the arrival date and must be left before 11:00 on the departure date
Where do I check-in?
Directly at the property . You will be met by a member of our staff, who will show you the apartment, he will also give you the keys and help you with whatever needs you may have, or at the main railway station as previously agreed.
Where do I check out?
At the property . A member of our staff will come and collect the keys and check that everything is all right.
Where do we pick up the keys for the apartment?
Our staff will be waiting for you at the door or designated meeting point at the arranged time to hand over the keys. Please read carefully the information that will be sent by us to you via e-mail after receiving your payment.
How do we get into the apartment if we are delayed during our travel?
Once we receive your payment we will send you confirmation and information such as the contact numbers for check-in. If you are delayed, please call the contact number to inform us so we can arrange the meeting at a later time. Please note that late arrival have an extra charge.
Is the price of the apartment per person or per room?
The price is per apartment, day and number of persons (2 or 4)
Is the rent all inclusive?
All prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, sheet and towels. However, Home & Heritage can load a supplement in the case of having used badly or produced an irresponsible conduct, being the consumptions superior to the habitual one. One linen change and cleaning per week is provided. For less than 3 days staying, an extra charge for final cleaning of 30 Euros will be charged.
When will I receive the confirmation of my reservation?
Once completed the online reservation process, and received 50% of the full payment, Home and Heritage will send you, a definitive mail of confirmation with all the information of your reservation and the details you need to get to the apartment.
Is there any cleaning service of the apartment?
When you arrive at your apartment, it will be given to you clean and ready to use. However, if you require more frequent cleaning during your stay, we can provide an additional cleaning service at a cost of 10 €/hour.
Is the apartment fully equipped?
The apartment is equipped with most of the things you will need for a short stay such as linen, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes service set, cutlery , etc.. They also have commodities such as TV with DVD. You can check the equipment at each apartment’s description page.

How do I get to Toledo?
Toledo is only 62 Km. far from Madrid, and is very well communicated with it, and rest of Spain. There is a high speed train AVE, that makes Madrid –Toledo in half an hour, at very low cost (8 euros /person/travel). You may also travel by car, there is a main road, and a brand new toll highway. Frequent bus service is also available.
Where can I park my car?
Apartments are very well located in privileged places in the heart of historic centre of Toledo. Therefore parking possibilities are limited. Nevertheless there are several public parking in the area, some very near, others a bit further, where normally there are parking places available .Only in special dates, like Corpus Christi, Easter or others it can be more difficult to park.

You can pay through Bank transfer, or Cash. A credit card number must be provided for deposit amount.
Please, do not forget to bring the balance of our bill in CASH at the time of your check-in.
